What is Social Snowball?
Social Snowball is the website we use to track sales.
What can I do in my Social Snowball account?
- See link clicks, sales, and pending payouts on your dashboard.
- Redeem free gifts.
- Edit your referral link.
- Connect your Instagram and TikTok accounts if you plan to post to them.
How do I redeem my free gift?
Log in to your account at affiliates.socialsnowball.io and click on Redeem Gifts on your Dashboard. Follow the instructions to select the gift and enter shipping details.
What are the rewards (commissions)?
You will earn a commission on all successful sales made by consumers using your personal referral link. The commission will be 15% of the total order amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns).
What reward payout options are available?
You have a choice of PayPal, bank transfers, or prepaid cards (fees may apply), and gift cards.
How do I receive my payouts?
Social Snowball is partnered with Tremendous to make receiving commission payouts quick and easy. Once your payout is ready, we will send your commission reward directly to your email. The email will be from the address rewards@reward.tremendous.com.
Once you click View Reward in the email, you can select how you would like to receive your payout. If you redeem via gift card, you can access it instantly. If you choose PayPal or bank transfer, it takes a couple of days to land in your account.
When do I receive my payouts?
The 15th of each month after a 30-day holding period to allow for returns.
Can I change my referral link?
Yes, you can edit your link from your Social Snowball dashboard.
